Easy to install, I was 100% a novice, watched a few videos and get er done! I recently moved into a new home and the bathroom vent was improperly vented into the soffit, shortly after I moved in the bathroom fan also died. This vent was the perfect solution. I will be ordering another when I add an exhaust fan to the kitchen! Oh! And I had a question,and the team answered within 12 hours!

I was a commercial roofer for over forty years installed hundreds of curbs and vents this was one of the easiest I have ever installed, used base for template, cut metal roof and plywood, cleaned up a little trash, installed base and vent snapped on easily. Even a 69 year old can do it.
So far - so good. Both look great! We've installed both your Rotovent and the EcoVent products. The roof pitch on this 1950's deck house is very low - 2.4:12 - so your products are the only viable technical alternatives for this roof I could find in the marketplace that I didn't find just plain hideous. We installed them as a part of a new roof installation on this project. The house is still being renovated - and we are in the process of commissioning both products. The Rotovent will provide "back-up ventilation" for an enclosed Radon fan system that is being newly installed in the attic. The EcoVent will be tied to a bathroom exhaust fan. Although boring the oblong hole in the right place was a bit tricky - we are changing walls inside of the house - the workman did remark that it was relatively easy to complete the install after the hole was made. They really liked the built-in levels. They had never seen this product before - and they called it the "high-tech" vent.

Installed 6 of these on a 13/12 pitch and they worked great! Even with a 4" pvc pipe but I don't think a bigger pipe would work on that steep of a roof.

Its not very often we try to add attic ventilation AFTER installing a new standing seam, hidden fastener metal roof. This particular roof was aluminum, which means most vents (in galv metal) were not an option. We found these and took a chance. Easy install, sleek look. Happy to have ran across this product.

Installation was easy, just follow the directions. I like the looks of it. We live in an area where we get 5 to 6 feet of snow on the roof, this will help with no ice dams and plugged vents.

These vents are amazing. Only takes a tiny breath of a breeze to activate the fans. Extremely smooth action. They are so easy to install (and level) grandma could do it. She might even volunteer to do it for you, but fear not, she won’t have any trouble at all. Strap a tool belt on her and send her up to the roof! Drink a beer while you watch from below. Fans work great and they never allow rain or snow to get in, I’ve already been through a Montana blizzard and numerous torrential downpours and not a drop gets into my attic. 5 stars for this one, great design and function.
So far so good! Easily install without calling a roofer! The black Butyle tape provides a great seal way better than silllycone! I will be ordering 2 more in the near future!!
The ordering and delivery went very well. No issues.. It was easy to install. My only concern is that I couldn’t find any wind rating on this. It’s 2 piece and the top piece snapped onto the bottom piece. Seems like a good connection and it did stand up to ~ 40mph gusts but we will get higher wind speeds during the season.
I ordered two so I could check them out. The order arrived pretty quickly. I took a few measurements so I could get them mounted between the truss rafters. I marked where I wanted it from the peak and set it in place to draw the cutout. Securing it to the roof was easy. They looked really clean after the top was snapped into place. So far so good. I'm planning on buying a few more in the future.
Perfect for my generator shed. It should work great for this application.

Great product, easy to install! Great customer service, called to get some info before I ordered and every question I had was answered and made me feel very confident in the product. Product is installed now and it works wonderful! No worries about the attic now because the air is flowing great through it. Definitely recommend this product and I’ll be installing them on all the houses I build from now on.
If you have to install a vent on your metal roof this is the perfect option.

This particular project was removing and replacing all the orginal roof sheathing and adding new synthetic underlayment and heavy gauge steel to a manufactured home on a foundation. The original vents leaked and caused some significant interior damage. The roof has a 3-12 pitch which is common for homes of this type. These vents are rated to that shallow of a pitch and are an absolute breeze to install. I have been a builder/remodeler for 38yrs and this is definitely one of the most clever designs I have experienced for steel roofing applications.

I purchased and installed the Roofivent Eco for 9” standing seam steel roofs. I struggled with the complex installation of other vents that were available and how they would seal. The Roofivent made sense to me and was super easy to install.

I was looking for something that would work with a metal rib roof and unfortunately there was not a lot of options. I came across roofivent and called the customer service number and the gentleman was super helpful, I sent him pictures and measurements of my roof and he responded back within a few minutes with the exact product I was needing. I ordered it and it showed up within a few days. I just got it installed yesterday 9/27/25 and it was very easy to install and the leveling bubbles were super handy. I would definitely order it again.
